Facility Usage at Pellissippi State

Pellissippi State Community College is able to offer state-of-the-art conference facilities and services to the community through the Business and Community Services office.


Facility Usage Application

Facilities are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. A completed application must be submitted and approved to hold space. 

Clayton Performing Arts Center (CPAC): The Clayton Performing Arts Center is a theater that seats 495. The CPAC is located at the Hardin Valley Campus, in the Lamar Alexander Building, and is available for use by for-profit and non-profit agencies.

Other Facilities: Pellissippi State has other facilities available for private and public forums, discussions and dinners. Facilities include a 150-seat auditorium, a 40-seat executive seminar room, and a variety of other meeting and seminar rooms. Audiovisual equipment, technical support, food services and free, ample parking are also provided.
