Funding
Some may ask why a community college needs to raise dollars to begin new initiatives or enhance existing ones. While it is true that Pellissippi State is a state institution, only 51 percent of its annual funding actually comes from state appropriations. Therefore, the College must rely on your generosity to continue “Connecting Communities, Changing Lives.”
To fund the five projects outlined in this campaign, the College must raise at least $6 million.
