Ms. Kocak received her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky in 1984.
She received her Masters' of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University in 1988.
Ms. Kocak is a Licensed Professional Engineer.
Ms. Kocak joined Pellissippi State Technical Community College in 1994. She served as Assistant Professor from
1989 - 1994 in the Department of Engineering Technology at North Carolina State University. Ms. Kocak was employed by Factory Mutual Engineering Association as a Loss Prevention Consultant from 1986 - 1989.
