Scheduling of On-Campus and Off-Campus Setups
Facilities requests that when scheduling setups you should give the department at least a two weeks notice. This will enable our department to properly schedule materials and staff needed to complete the setup. Setups should be for approved College functions only.

If you need to a setup and it isn't an event, submit a service request. You will need the following information when submitting a request:
