In September 2006, a President's Convocation was held to welcome the new school year and to inaugurate the first common academic experience for first year students at Pellissippi State. A large group of Pellissippi first year students met on all four campuses to hear Edward Francisco, Pellissippi State Writer-in-Residence speak about the Quest and how it relates to our common book this year, Mountains Beyond Mountains.

This podcast has an international flair when we sat down for a few minutes with the students and faculty visiting from Site Universitaire de Cherbourg (also see IUT Cherbourg. If you are interested, Pellissippi State sends a group of students over during May as well.
